As part of the patriotic education of youth, 03/09/2015, the first-year students gr. ДEA-ПО15 professions "Professional Training. Labour Safety" and "Professional Training. Metrology, Standardization and Certification" together with the curator Daniel Shmatkov visited the Drobytsky Yar.

At the excursion, students learned about the memorial complex in Drobitsky Yar, which was built on the site of mass executions of civilians by the Nazis Kharkov in 1941-1942. According to the State Archives were shot here 16 to 20 000 people - of Jews, the mentally ill, prisoners of war.
