On April 7, 2023, a general academic seminar on the topic: "Academic integrity" was held at the Ukrainian Engineering and Pedagogical Academy.
The seminar discussed the issue of ensuring academic integrity in the educational and scientific space, namely: legislative basis (Law of Ukraine "On Education"); normative documents of the Academy regulating issues of academic integrity; procedure for detecting violations of academic integrity; academic opportunities for checking works for plagiarism, etc.
A special topic for discussion with those who obtained the third educational and scientific level were issues related to dishonest publications and scientific activities: what should be paid attention to when publishing one's own scientific works in order to avoid predatory publications and not to spoil one's academic reputation.
Scientific and pedagogical workers and students of the second and third levels of education took part in the seminar.
