0 On March 6, an open lecture session was held on the topic: "Ukrpromlab Testing Laboratory" within the framework of the discipline "Metrological Support of Information and Measuring Systems" for higher education applicants of the first (bachelor's) level of specialty 175 "Information and Measuring Systems". Oleksiy Soldatov, head of the Ukrpromlab Testing Laboratory of the VSC, was involved in the lecture.
The lecture concerned the functions of the testing laboratory, its competence and provided answers to the following key aspects:
• work according to ISO principles;
• general requirements for the laboratory;
• impartiality and confidentiality in work;
• laboratory resources;
• testing process;
• laboratory quality management system.
