The COVID-19 pandemic has led governments, employers, workers and the general population to face unprecedented challenges in relation to the virus and the many effects it has had on the world of work. The World Day for Safety and Health at Work will focus on strategies to strengthen national occupational safety and health (OSH) systems to build resilience, in order to face crises now and in the future, drawing on lessons learned and experiences from the world of work.

April 15, 2021 the final conference of the II stage of the All-Ukrainian competition of student scientific works in the field of science "Civil Security (Civil Protection)" was held in the videoconference mode. Student Maria Jirnova, made a scientific report and defended the results of her scientific work. Following the results of the competition, Maria Jirnova received a III degree diploma.

11.03.2021, at the Department of Labor Protection, Standardization and Certification, trainings were conducted for applicants in thematic areas: “Innovations in First-Aid First Aid” and “Quality of Food Products”.The training was attended by students of the Kharkov machine-building college students majoring in "Mechanical measurements".
