0 On April 22, applicants and teachers of the Department of Automation, Metrology and Energy-Efficient Technologies met with Serhiy Negodov, Head of the Labor Department of the South-Eastern Region of the Department of Inspection Activities in the Kharkiv Region. The meeting was held online and became meaningful and practically oriented for applicants.
During the event, participants got acquainted with the main areas of activity of the Labor Department, in particular, with issues of compliance with labor legislation and ensuring the rights of employees in the Kharkiv Region. Special attention was paid to the peculiarities of youth employment, the risks of informal employment and ways to avoid them.
The “question-answer” format allowed applicants to receive comprehensive explanations on current aspects of labor relations and increase their level of legal awareness.
