0 Students of the Department of Automation, Metrology and Energy-Efficient Technologies, together with the head of the practice Natalia Antonenko, continue their acquaintance with modern manufacturing enterprises of the city of Kharkiv.
The working days of the interns are meaningful and full of new professional impressions. During the practice, the students got acquainted with the work of the component parts shop, where they studied the process of manufacturing separators. Particular attention was paid to the technology of centrifugal casting, after which the interns observed the stages of mechanical processing of parts - from preliminary to final processing of separators.
The students also visited the forging and pressing production shop, where they got acquainted with the work of induction installations for ring induction heating of rings, automated production lines and forging production sections. The measuring laboratory, equipped with modern equipment for quality control and high-precision measurements, was of particular interest.
The internship provided applicants with the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the features of modern production, the principles of operation of technological equipment, and the practical application of technological processes in industry.
