0 On April 29, 2026, an open thematic online lecture was held for students of the Vocational Education (Oil and Gas Industry) educational program with the participation of program stakeholders - Yevgeny Babakov, director of the training and course complex of the Shebelinkagazvydobuvannya branch of the GPU of JSC Ukrgazvydobuvannya and Anastasia Stepanets, leading master of industrial training of the training and course complex of the Shebelinkagazvydobuvannya branch of the GPU of JSC Ukrgazvydobuvannya.
During the meeting, students had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the features of the activities of one of the leading enterprises in the gas production industry of Ukraine, learn about the specifics of production processes, labor organization at the enterprise, and key areas of operation of the training and course complex, which provides professional training and development of personnel.

0 On April 23, 2026, the 9th International Scientific and Practical Conference "Mechatronic Systems, Innovations and Engineering" (MSIE-2026) was held. Representatives of the G6 specialty "Information and Measurement Technologies" took an active part in the work of the conference. In particular, the guarantor of the educational and scientific program for PhD applicants Hanna Sergiyevna Grinchenko (member of the conference organizing committee) together with graduate students of all courses presented the results of their work.

The topic of the lecture: "Education Quality Management System at the University of Salzburg".
The event was organized at the initiative of the educational and scientific institute "Karazin Institute of International Relations and Tourism Business".

0 From April 20, 3rd year students of the Department of Automation, Metrology and Energy-Efficient Technologies began technological practice, and 4th year students - pre-diploma. In order to increase the efficiency and practical value of training, a series of meetings with stakeholders were planned. The first such meeting took place on April 21, 2026 at 10:00 - an open online lecture was held for the department's applicants with the participation of the employer. The speaker of the event was Igor Tyupa - Deputy Director for Labor Protection, Technical Safety and Personnel Training of the KP "Kharkiv Thermal Networks". The purpose of the lecture was to familiarize the applicants with promising technologies for energy production, storage and energy-efficient consumption.

0 On April 22, applicants and teachers of the Department of Automation, Metrology and Energy-Efficient Technologies met with Serhiy Negodov, Head of the Labor Department of the South-Eastern Region of the Department of Inspection Activities in the Kharkiv Region. The meeting was held online and became meaningful and practically oriented for applicants.

0 04/16/2026 Grinchenko G.S., Guarantor of the ONP "Quality, Standardization and Metrological Support" in the specialty G6 "Information and Measurement Technologies" of the third level of higher education (PhD) together with postgraduate students took part in the Online Workshop on Open Science (Open Science) from the universities of the Aurora Alliance

The purpose of the event was to reveal modern aspects and opportunities of the research ecosystem, discuss ways to increase the visibility of scientific results and research, expand opportunities for cooperation and improve approaches to assessing scientific activity.

0 A scientific seminar on the topic "Use of energy-efficient technologies" was held at the Department of Automation, Metrology and Energy-efficient Technologies of the Research Institute "UEPA" dedicated to the current issues of rational and efficient use of energy resources.

The event considered the essence of energy-efficient technologies as innovative solutions that ensure the achievement of the same or even higher beneficial effect from the use of heat and light while significantly reducing energy costs. It was emphasized that in modern economic conditions, their implementation contributes to:

• cost optimization;
• increasing the reliability of engineering systems;
• reducing the negative impact on the environment.

In order to improve the educational and professional program “Professional Education (Oil and Gas Business)” of the second (master’s) level of higher education, a working meeting of audit group members with the program guarantor was held.

The audit group included: leading specialist of the department of methodological and accreditation work of the V.N. Karazin KhNU Andriy LOMAKIN, associate professor of the Department of Computer Systems and Robotics of the Scientific Research Institute of Computer Sciences and Artificial Intelligence Tetyana BYKOVA, as well as deputy director of the Scientific Research Institute “Academy of Teachers” Tetyana HOLOVATENKO. The meeting was also attended by the guarantor of the educational program – associate professor of the Department of Automation, Metrology and Energy-Efficient Technologies Nataliya ANTONENKO.

The event aimed not only to familiarize students with the history of this date, but also to promote respect for the principles of equality, dignity and human rights.
